Carbon content of this Gasket is 99.5%-99.9% and are ideal for high pressure and high temperature applications. These are tailormade Gaskets and manufactured against specific dimensional requirement. “SUPERSEAL” Style No.994 has got excellent compressibility, resiliency and easy to handle. These Gaskets easily adopt to any irregularities of the surface of the parent body and are designed for trouble free change over reducing maintenance cost. These Gaskets are dimensionally stable even under optimum working condition and does not age nor creep under hot and cold working condition. “SUPERSEAL” Style No.994 can also be reinforced with Stainless Steel Wire Net or Perforated Stainless Steel sheet to resist blow out at elevated pressure and make leak proof super sealing joint.

Due to the combination of different densities in the packing ring set, the nature of “SUPERSEAL” Style 997 is to expand radially under gland pressure and forms a perfect seal against both the Shaft as well as Bore.
