'SUPERBOARD' Asbestos Millboard is manufactured from selected clean, long Asbestos Fibres of uniform quality mixed with suitable incombustible binding materials. 'SUPERBOARD' are very different for heat and fire resistance with superior strength at service temperature upto 500 C(932 F) and even higher temperature when properly supported . 'SUPERBOARD' can also withstand vibratory and impact loads. 'SUPERBOARD' contains excellent insulating properties for heat and electric insulation. Besides, 'SUPERBOARD' have acid, sound and vermin-proof properties too. It is strong and flexible. It can be cut, drilled and screwed to supporting beams easily. Also moulded or cemented to any shape. The SOFT, MEDIUM and HARD GRADES of 'SUPERBOARD' are made to cover the wide applications. The medium grade is standard and is supplied unless otherwise if requested. The hard grade is stiff and brittle, is used where rigidity is needed. |
